Anello Baita del Vecio – Cenguei – Stiozze
Leaving from the Baita del Vecio at an altitude of 1.114 m (reachable also from Fiera di Primiero following the road which leads to Passo Cereda), go beyond the Cereda stream over a small bridge and begin the climb along an asphalt road to a height of 1.200 m. At the fork in the road follow the signs for Cenguei where you can find an enchanting expanse of homonymous fields, magnificent during the stage of bloom, surrounded by fir and beech tree woods.
Along the route rise some characteristic farmsteads and dairy farms and in front, standing out, in all its impressiveness, the mid range of the Pale di San Martino.
You continue descending along the Val Uneda until the fork for Transacqua (1.100 m). Climb back up the road to the left as far as Maso di Ritasa which brings you to the basin of the Prati di Stiozza. From here the road follows in descent and brings you back to the starting point.
Route also practicable by mountain bike.
