Our FAQs
Rooms are available starting at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before 2:00 pm and your room is not yet ready, you can immediately begin enjoying all our services, including the spa and light lunch. If you arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:30 am. Access to the wellness centre is included until 1:00 pm.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Yes, the deposit is 25% of the stay.
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained and can be used to book again within 12 months. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before arrival, the full deposit will be retained and cannot be used again. In the event of a no-show, late arrival without notice, or early departure, we will retain 100% of the reservation value.
