Terms and conditions
- The tourist tax is € 2.50 per person per day (excluding children under 14), for a maximum of 10 consecutive days, and must be collected separately on site.
- All prices are per person per day, in ¾ wellness meal plan (VAT included) and should be used as a guideline of the minimum tariff; the prices are variable based on the time period and availability.
- The reservation is considered valid only after the payment of the deposit.
For children in their parents' room:
- Up to 2 years of age, a flat rate of € 30 per day is required, which includes the use of high chair, cot, changing table and meal service
- from 3 to 7 years of age: 50% discount
- from 8 to 11 years of age: 30% discount
For bed and breakfast only, there is a reduction of € 25 on the price of the ¾. wellness meal plan.
Third person discount in the room: 10%.
Double single use supplement: + 50% (+ 70% in high season).
Free private outdoor parking.
Covered garage: € 10 per day (by reservation).
Check-in and check-out
Upon your arrival, the rooms will be available from 2:00 pm while on your departure, check-out time is by 10:30 am. If you arrive after 8:00 pm, kindly let us know in advance.
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation.
- From 14 to 7 days before arrival: the deposit * will be retained and can be used for a new booking to be made within 12 months.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be retained without the possibility of re-use.
- In case of no-show, late arrival without notice or early departure, we will retain 100% of the booking value.
* The deposit is equal to 25% of the booking value (minimum amount € 60). If you prefer to leave your credit card number, you authorize the withdrawal of the corresponding amount if the cancellation occurs after the free cancellation period as shown above. In addition, we inform you that a pre-authorization attempt will be made.
Secure holiday option
If you prefer an advance payment of 50% of the booking value, paying an additional € 10 per adult per day separately, it is possible to cancel the holiday without any penalty with a minimum notice of 24 hours and reuse the amount for a future stay.
Note: The choice of the "safe holiday" option must be expressed at the time of booking. In the event of a change in season or a revision of the list prices, the new rates will be applied. This could result in payment of the difference. Finally, we remind you that the stay can be changed up to 3 times and that the supplement of € 10 described above is in no case refundable. Travel insurance must be chosen at the time of booking.
Small pets (max. 10 kg) are accepted by prior arrangement. The supplement required is € 20 per day (excluding food) for the thorough cleaning of the rooms at the end of the stay. We remind you that your pets can only stay in certain types of rooms, must be kept on a leash in the common areas and cannot access restaurants, the wellness centre, the Sky Spa and inside the gym.
Cash payments can be made for amounts up to € 4999.99. We accept bank checks, debit cards or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
